What happens if my game has the earliest goal?

If your match has the first 3PM goal in England, you’ll get 100% of your money back. We’ll check official goal times and process your refund automatically.

Can I choose where I go?

Nope! That’s the fun of it. You’ll be sent to a random 3PM game somewhere in the country, meaning every trip is a surprise.

If we order separately can we still go together?

Yes, of course! If you prefer to all order separately, just drop us a message in live chat or contact form with your order numbers and we'll make sure you're all together!

When will I find out where I’m going?

You’ll receive your match details and train tickets 24-48 hours before kick-off. Keep your Saturday free and be ready for adventure!

How long will I travel?

Your journey time depends on your departure station and mystery match location, but we aim to keep travel times reasonable.

Most trips will be between 1 hour to 2.5 hours each way.

When will my train depart?

Your train departure time depends on your mystery match destination. We’ll book your journey to ensure you arrive in plenty of time for the 3PM kick-off.

Expect to leave in the morning from your chosen station.

What time do I have to get the train back?

Your train ticket will be an open return, so you can stay in your mystery destination as long as you want!

Which train stations can I depart from?

You can depart from any main UK train station. If you’re unsure, drop us a message before booking.

Will I be sat with my mates?

If you book together, we’ll make sure you get seats next to each other. If you book separately, let us know you're going together and we’ll sort it.

Can I drink on the train?

Some routes allow it, some don’t. Check the train operator’s alcohol policy before you travel.

 Can I cancel my trip?

All bookings are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it.
